My heart will forever hold a most special love for China. I experienced some of the most awe-inspiring and breathtaking moments of my life traversing its wonders. One of the most recurring themes in my China images (and, of course, in actually being there) is the feeling of being transported to another world, another time, another dimension. This image, taken from the lookout window of one watch tower of the Great Wall looking out at a neighboring one, recreates that feeling of a doorway into another fantastical, magical world, and it truly takes my breath away every time.
